Its display name is "로지_버추얼 인플루언서", Korean for "Rozy_virtual influencer", and its bio opens "KOREA's FIRST VIRTUAL INFLUENCER" and links her maker's site. It carries no Instagram AI label.
Her maker is Sidus Studio X, a Seoul company that renamed itself Locus-X in September 2022. Its page for her says "Virtual Influencer ROZY was born in the virtual world and communicates with the real world," bills her as "Korea's First Virtual Influencer" and dates her social-media start to August 19, 2020. Both the maker's site and her Instagram were still online on October 21, 2026.
Why people ask: at first she wasn't labelled. The company said in January 2021 that the account had run for about three months without anyone noticing she was a 3D model before it announced she was virtual.
Its CEO later said she is made with computer graphics using a "digital double" technique that combines her CG face with live-action footage. This page makes no claim about any real person who appears in that footage.
