Tia Ayanna, "Mama Ayanna", presents as a 90-year-old healer in Asheville, North Carolina, with Jamaican roots.

On October 24, 2026 the Instagram account @mama_ayanna.healing had about 1.1 million followers and 286 posts, and its bio read "90 Years Old", Jamaican and US flags, "Ashville North Carolina" and "Get Pura Vida Moringa HERE", above a shopping link.

She isn’t a real person, and the account says so itself. Her profile carries Instagram's "AI-generated profile" label. Opened, it reads "mama_ayanna.healing added an AI label to their profile" and "This profile features an AI-generated person instead of a real human."

Instagram's "About this account" panel says the account joined in March 2026, doesn’t share where it is based and has three former usernames.

The 90 years, the healing wisdom and the North Carolina home belong to an AI character, and the account uses them to sell a moringa supplement. The same supplement is promoted in the bios of two other AI-labelled accounts we document, Cooper Hale and Olivia Hart. We found nobody named as the person or company behind the account.
