Meera Patel
◆ Openly Virtual No — Meera Patel is not a real person: an openly disclosed AI persona.
Meera Patel posts short wellness videos as @meerapatelwellness. On October 22, 2026 the account had about 137,000 followers and 198 posts. Its bio reads "Ancient Healing Wisdom for America" and "Helping women 40+ feel their best naturally", and ends with a "Get … Here" link to a hydration drink mix.
She isn't a real person, and the account discloses it. Her Instagram profile carries Instagram's "AI-generated profile" label. Opened, the label reads "meerapatelwellness added an AI label to their profile" and "This profile features an AI-generated person instead of a real human."
Instagram says the label "is visible when a creator discloses that their profile features an AI-generated person", so this is the account's own disclosure, made through Instagram.
A YouTube channel with the same handle, @MeeraPatelWellness (joined June 10, 2026), describes her as an "Ayurvedic Wellness Practitioner with over 40 years of experience in ancient Indian healing, now based in USA" and offers a free guide to anyone who comments on a video.
On October 22, 2026 YouTube showed its "Made with AI" notice on all 20 of the channel's videos. We can't tell whether the channel or YouTube applied that notice, so we don't count it as a disclosure.
We also haven't confirmed that her Instagram links to the channel; the shared handle and the same persona make it apparent.
Why this matters for a fan: the "40 years of experience", the practitioner title and the life story belong to an AI character. The health tips, the free guide and the drink mix come from whoever runs the account, not from a real practitioner, nurse or doctor.
We haven't tested the product and say nothing about it either way; this page is about who is speaking. The operator behind the account hasn't been publicly identified in any source we found.
This page is about the account; it makes no claim about any real woman whose likeness may appear in its videos. It is unclaimed and compiled from public sources.
