Joey on the Street posts as @joeyonthestreets: a microphone-in-hand interviewer who stops people for short man-on-the-street clips. On October 22, 2026 his Instagram, categorised "Digital creator", had about 663,000 followers and 202 posts. His bio reads "Birthed by @blurstudios.ai".

He isn't a real person, and the studio behind him says so. Blur Studios calls itself a "Digital Personality Laboratory".

Its own website lists Joey on the Street, with his Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube accounts, as one of its deployed "personalities", describes him as "The world's first AI street interviewer", and says every personality that leaves its lab is "a synthetic entity" (read October 22, 2026; an archived copy from April 2026 says the same).

His YouTube About text repeats the credit: "Birthed by @blurstudios.ai | Made in @higgsfield.ai", the second part naming an AI image-and-video service. His TikTok bio gives a contact address on the studio's own web domain.

His Instagram does not carry Instagram's "AI-generated profile" label, so this verdict rests on the maker's statement and on his own bio and channel crediting that maker.
