Alyssa Posey
Unproven so far — the public record doesn't yet settle whether Alyssa Posey is a real person.
Unproven, because the title is documented but its tie to any account she runs is not yet.
Penthouse's own official Pets page names her the magazine's Pet of the Month for September 2023 (penthouse.com/pets/alyssa-posey/), lists her hometown as Chicago, IL, and quotes her saying Penthouse "will go down as my all time favorite experience."
That title was independently reported by XBIZ in a named-byline article by Rick Thomas dated September 1, 2023 ("Penthouse Names Alyssa Posey September's 'Pet of the Month'"), which describes her as a model and content creator, calls her a Chicago native, and says she appears on the cover of the September/October issue.
In April 2024 XBIZ also listed her among the twelve 2023 Pets of the Month who were the candidates in Penthouse's 2024 Pet of the Year vote.
What is missing is the link from that title to an account she controls. Penthouse's page prints no handle, XBIZ's article links only Penthouse's own accounts, and XBIZ's profile for her lists no social links, so the title does not point to any account.
Instagram and TikTok accounts under the name "Alyssa Posey" exist, but nothing we could read ties either to the Penthouse Pet, so none is listed as confirmed here. Once her Instagram or another surface she controls is read and names the title, this page can move to Verified Real.
We found no statement from her, her team, or any platform describing her as an AI persona. This page is unclaimed and compiled from public sources.
