What we collect

When you use a “follow” box on a creator's page, we store three things: the email address you typed in, which creator's page you followed, and the date and time you followed it. That's the whole record. We don't ask for a name, a password, or anything else.

Why we collect it

So we can tell you if that creator's accounts move or go down — a platform bans her, she switches handles, whatever. That's the entire purpose of the follow list. We don't email you for any other reason.

What we never do

We never sell your email. We never share it with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone outside VerifiedHer. The fan list for a creator is hers — she can see who's on it — but it isn't handed to anyone else, and it isn't used to target you with ads.

Tracking and analytics

No ad pixels, no cross-site trackers, no cookies that follow you around the web. We use Cloudflare's cookieless web analytics to see how many people visit which pages — it can't identify you and doesn't work across sites. When you click a creator's “claim this page” link, we log an anonymous count for that page (no email, no cookie attached to it) so we know which pages creators are trying to reach us about.

Unsubscribe anytime

Every follow list has one-click unsubscribe. You can also remove yourself directly, any time, at /unsubscribe — it clears your email from every creator's follow list at once.

Delete your data

Want your email gone entirely, or have any other privacy question? Email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
